The Baxlo Digital Haugh tester will allow you to quickly and accurately determine the quality of the coating of egg albumin. This micrometer allows you to perform the Haugh test, which is used internationally for determining the freshness of the egg.

The results are expressed in Haugh units and are obtained by measuring the height of the albumen and relating it to egg weight in grams.

This micrometer is graduated in tenths 0 of a millimeter which allows very accurate results in the Haugh test. It has been carefully designed to enable you to make measurements quickly and easily.
